Current Openings

IT and Cybersecurity Manager

Responsibility:
Cybersecurity & Compliance

  • Develop and maintain system security documentation, including security plans, control implementation summaries, and boundary diagrams.
  • Monitor and adapt to evolving CMMC and DFARS requirements, ensuring internal policies and procedures remain compliant.
  • Lead assessment readiness efforts by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and reporting progress to senior leadership.
  • Draft, update, and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and training materials based on assessment outcomes.

Infrastructure & Systems Management

  • Oversee the computing environment by identifying system requirements, installing upgrades, and monitoring performance.
  • Perform hands-on upgrades and maintenance of hardware and software across workstations and servers.
  • Integrate technology solutions into business workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Research, design, and implement cost-effective IT projects to meet emerging organizational needs.
  • Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation and change management records.
  • Provide weekly written status reports to the Chief Engineer and President.

Technical Duties:

  • Collaborate with users to define system specifications based on workflow, access, and security needs.
  • Ensure compliance with NIST standards, including Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) isolation protocols.
  • Plan and execute installation, configuration, and testing of PC/server hardware, software, LAN/WAN networks, and system management tools.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance through analysis, tuning, and stress/load testing.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating to vendors when necessary.
  • Develop and test disaster recovery plans, manage system access controls, and maintain backup protocols.
  • Design and deliver user training programs, including reference materials and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and implement system upgrades and new software solutions.
  • Build and maintain internal databases and software applications, ensuring reliable data backup processes.
  • Partner with the Facility Security Officer (FSO) to meet all compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Current IT security certification (CISSP preferred)
  • Knowledge of:
    • System administration and standards development
    • LAN management
    • Network hardware and configuration
  • Proven ability to:
    • Train users across technical and non-technical discipline
    • Manage multiple tasks and respond to on-call needs
    • Communicate effectively in writing
  • Willingness to work extended hours when necessary
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for (or currently hold) a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance

 

Electromechanical Assemblers

Precision assemblers of machined & electronic components with high level hand strength.
High degree of dexterity & eye/hand coordination a must. Metrology exp. & machining skills,
i.e. deburring, drilling & tapping, inc. use of hand tools req'd. No allergies to epoxies or std
cleaning agents. J- Std-001E soldering, Mil-Std-454 or similar previous certification desired.
Must read blue prints, including assembly drawings/ parts lists. Good oral/neat written comm
skills in English. Exc. attendance record req'd. OT available/ desirable w/ skill/experience.

Physical Requirements

  • You have high level hand strength
  • You possess a high degree of dexterity
  • You have high eye-hand coordination
  • You have no allergies to epoxies or standard cleaning agents

Experience and Skills

  • You have experience in metrology

  • You are not a novice at machining skills including deburring, drilling & tapping

  • You know how to get things done with a hand tool

  • You know your way around a set of blue prints, assembly drawings, and parts lists.

  • You can effectively communicate in written and spoken English

  • You have shown you show up to work when expected. An excellent attendance record is
    required.

Senior Microwave Technician

Are you an expert RF Microwave Technician who is proud of your work? We are looking for someone like you to join our team as a full-time employee.

Experience and Skills

  • Tuning filters, such as:
    • Lumped element filters
    • Stripline, coax, microstrip filters
    • Waveguide filters
  • Power dividers
  • Use and calibration of equipment, such as
    • Network analyzers
    • Spectrum analyzers
    • Frequency counters
    • Calculator, disk drives, measurement software
  • Reading blueprints, including assembly drawings, parts lists
  • Able to use drill press, files, small tools
  • No allergies to epoxy or standard cleaning agents
  • You can effectively communicate in written and spoken English
  • You have shown you show up to work when expected. An excellent attendance record is required.

Certifications

We raise the bar in safety and quality. We expect team members to have or be able to acquire specific certifications. Do you have certifications such as J- Std-001E soldering or Mil-Std-454 or similar certifications? If so, we would like to talk to you.
